SUSTAINABILTY

Inherent in the EXTREME Modular design is the flexibility to scale your project in the future. Bays can be readily added or removed without affecting the structural integrity of the module. Factory production means using less energy in the build and generating far less waste. Electrical and mechanical systems can be designed to accommodate a variety of power sources including, local utilities, natural gas, solar and emergency backup generators. While the EXTREME Modular Buildings are designed to operate as permanent facilities the option remains to relocate, repurpose or resell them in the future. That's something that's usually not feasible in other modulars or site built structures. And the site of an EXTREME Modular structure can be quickly and economically returned to its original state once the unit is moved.
