Our building packages include professional architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design services. Floor plans and exterior architecture are customized to suit your department and community. High efficiency building envelops are standard.

One of the many advantages inherent to modular construction is the streamlined design process. Whether you prefer to work through your own architect or directly with our professional design team, you'll be impressed with how efficient it can be.

We employ a five step process:

1. Initial Project Assessment

   • Confirms an initial understanding of the scope and size of your project along with preliminary budget costing and floor plan recommendations.
   • Completed on average in two to five business days
   • Cost – none

2. Conceptual Design

   • In depth needs analysis and option review, local area building / energy code review, local area modular authority code review
   • Floor plan programming and analysis, preliminary floor plan drawing and layout of operations, administrative and living quarters areas and color elevations
   • Preliminary itemized quotation (Within 15%-20% of final costs)
   • Factory & station tours

3. Formal Design

   • Provides a deep dive into all your project specific needs by the Extreme Modular design team and consultants. Includes a complete review of all building, energy and modular codes. Preparation of the drawings and documentation reflecting the specifications and code requirements that will be adhered in building and completing the project.
   • Ninety five percent complete set of construction drawings and specifications including architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural disciplines. Site development drawings are not included. Detailed in person or virtual reviews with the EXTREME Modular design team of all aspects of the building and possible options.
   • A formal itemized quotation, based on the approved drawings and a firm production, delivery and installation estimate.

4. Manufacturing & Delivery

   • Factory build, deliver, install and test a fully functional building in accordance with the approved design drawings and EXTREME Modular quality controls.

5. Occupancy Phase

   • Warranty and Lifetime Quality Support Guarantee are engaged.
